Ogg Vorbis is a new way of encoding music digitally.  Though, not as popular as an MP3 (.mp3 extension) file yet, Ogg Vorbis (.ogg extension) will eventually replace the MP3 format by popular demand, and like cassettes and 8 tracks, MP3's will be a thing of the past.  This will happen because the Ogg Vorbis file format is a smaller file size, has a higher quality of sound clarity, and is FREE.  Where can you get Ogg Vorbis?  You will be able to download .ogg files from this site, and others, however, the question is perhaps, how can you encode or rip your cds into the Ogg Vorbis format.  As of now, Win Amp hasput an Ogg Vorbis plug-in into their software to listen to the format, and their next release will enable you to encode your cd music into an Ogg file.  Many other software corporations will soon follow this, just like they did when the MP3 file format became popular years ago.
